The Dodgers have added righty reliever Brock Stewart from the Twins to strengthen their bullpen.
A former sixth-round pick by L.A., Stewart has posted a 2.33 ERA with 100 strikeouts over 77.1 innings across three seasons in Minnesota.

“We are thrilled to add Josh as we make a push for the Postseason,” said Hollander. “Josh’s ability to hit for both average and power is unique, and we are excited not to have to face him anymore.”
Naylor, 28, was batting .292 with 11 home runs, 59 RBI, 19 doubles, and 11 steals in 93 games, posting an .807 OPS and 124 OPS+ at the time of the trade.
Garcia was Seattle’s top-ranked left-handed pitching prospect and #13 overall per MLB Pipeline. Izzi, ranked #16 overall by MLB Pipeline and #13 by Baseball America, was a top-10 pitching prospect in the system.

July 26: Royals Acquire Randal Grichuk From D-backs For Andrew Hoffmann
The Royals have acquired outfielder Randal Grichuk from the Diamondbacks for right-hander Andrew Hoffmann.
Grichuk is slashing .243/.280/.462 in 69 games this season and owns a .750 OPS against left-handed pitching. Hoffmann, 25, made his MLB debut earlier this year and was recently optioned to Triple-A Omaha.
July 26: Yankees Acquire Amed Rosario From Nationals For Clayton Beeter and Browm Martínez
Rosario, 29, was hitting .270 with 5 home runs and 18 RBI in 47 games this season. He’s slashing .299/.333/.483 against lefties and has appeared at third, second, shortstop, and right field before the trade.
Beeter, 26, has made two MLB relief outings this year and posted a 3.10 ERA in 18 appearances with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Martínez, 18, is batting .404 with 3 homers, 13 steals, and 16 RBI in 18 games for the DSL NYY Bombers.
July 27: Braves Acquire Erick Fedde From Cardinals
The Braves have acquired right-hander Erick Fedde and cash considerations from the Cardinals for a player to be named later or cash.
Fedde was designated for assignment Wednesday after allowing six runs in three innings against the Rockies. He was 0-7 with a 6.38 ERA over his last 12 starts with the Red Birds.
July 28: Braves Acquire Carlos Carrasco From Yankees
The Yankees have traded RHP Carlos Carrasco to the Atlanta Braves for cash considerations.
Carrasco, 38, went 2-2 with a 5.91 ERA over eight games (six starts) for New York this season. At Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, he posted a 4-2 record with a 3.27 ERA in 11 appearances (10 starts).
July 28: Brewers Acquire Danny Jansen From Rays For Jadher Areinamo
The Brewers have acquired catcher Danny Jansen and cash from the Rays in exchange for infielder Jadher Areinamo. Catcher Eric Haase was designated for assignment.
Jansen, 30, is hitting .204 with 11 home runs and 29 RBI in 73 games, all starts behind the plate. Areinamo, 21, batted .297 with 11 homers, 51 RBI, and 15 steals in 94 games at Class-A Wisconsin this season.
July 28: Tigers Acquire Chris Paddack and Randy Dobnak From Twins For Enrique Jimenez
The Tigers have acquired right-handers Chris Paddack and Randy Dobnak from the Twins in exchange for catching prospect Enrique Jimenez.
Paddack, 29, has a 4.95 ERA and 4.39 FIP over 21 starts this season, with 83 strikeouts and 27 walks in 111 innings. He’s in the final year of a three-year deal.
Jimenez, 19, was Detroit’s No. 13 prospect and a top international signing. The switch-hitting catcher has spent the past two seasons in the Florida Complex League.
July 29: Rays Acquire Nick Fortes From Marlins For Matthew Etzel
The Marlins have acquired minor league outfielder Matthew Etzel from the Rays in exchange for catcher Nick Fortes.
Etzel, 23, is ranked the Rays’ No. 28 prospect by MLB Pipeline. He’s hitting .230 with a .360 OBP over 56 games at Double-A Montgomery.
Fortes, 28, has hit .240 in 59 games with Miami this season. He ranks in the 92nd percentile in Blocks Above Average, per Baseball Savant.
July 29: Blue Jays Acquire Seranthony Domínguez From Orioles For Juaron Watts-Brown
The Blue Jays have acquired right-hander Seranthony Domínguez and cash from the Orioles in exchange for RHP Juaron Watts-Brown, Toronto’s No. 10 prospect per MLB Pipeline.
Domínguez owns a 3.24 ERA with 54 strikeouts in 41.2 innings this season, despite a 5.2 BB/9 rate. He gives Toronto a high-strikeout, late-inning option. Watts-Brown, a 2023 third-rounder, has posted a 3.54 ERA with 115 strikeouts over 89 innings between High-A and Double-A, flashing a plus slider.
July 30: Reds Acquire Ke’Bryan Hayes From Pirates For Taylor Rogers and Sammy Stafura
The Pirates have traded third baseman Ke’Bryan Hayes to the Reds for veteran reliever Taylor Rogers and infield prospect Sammy Stafura.
Hayes, 28, is hitting .236 with two home runs and a .569 OPS this season but continues to shine defensively. His +11 fielding run value leads all third basemen, and his 91 defensive runs saved since 2020 are the most in MLB.
Rogers, 33, posted a 2.45 ERA with 34 strikeouts across 40 outings for Cincinnati. He closed strong, allowing no earned runs over his final 12 appearances.
Stafura, 19, ranked as Cincinnati’s No. 9 prospect by both MLB Pipeline and Baseball America. He’s hitting .262 with 18 doubles, nine triples, and 28 steals in 88 games at Low-A Daytona.
July 30: Mets Acquire Tyler Rogers From Giants For José Buttó, Blade Tidwell, and Drew Gilbert
The Mets have acquired right-hander Tyler Rogers from the Giants to strengthen their bullpen. Heading to San Francisco are RHP José Buttó, pitching prospect Blade Tidwell, and outfielder Drew Gilbert.
Rogers, a pending free agent, owns a 1.80 ERA over 53 appearances this year and a 2.79 ERA across 392 career games.
Buttó has a 3.64 ERA in 34 outings for New York. Tidwell, the Mets' No. 10 prospect, has struggled in limited MLB action (9.00 ERA in 4 games). Gilbert, ranked No. 12, has 12 homers and a .785 OPS at Triple-A.
July 30: Yankees Acquire Austin Slater From White Sox For Gage Ziehl
The Yankees have acquired outfielder Austin Slater from the White Sox in exchange for minor league right-hander Gage Ziehl.
Slater, 32, is batting .236 with 5 homers in 51 games and owns a .522 slugging percentage vs. lefties. He’s played all three outfield spots and first base this season.
Ziehl, 22, has a 4.15 ERA with 70 strikeouts over 82.1 innings across three minor league levels in his pro debut season.
July 30: Braves Acquire Tyler Kinley From Rockies For Austin Smith
The Braves have acquired right-handed reliever Tyler Kinley from the Rockies in exchange for minor league righty Austin Smith.
Kinley, 34, has a 5.66 ERA this season with 51 strikeouts in 47.2 innings. He’s struggled at Coors Field (7.52 ERA), but owns a 4.28 ERA and .608 OPS allowed on the road.
Smith, a 2021 18th-round pick, has a 4.31 ERA and 9.77 K/9 across two minor league levels this year.
July 30: Angels Acquire Andrew Chafin and Luis García From Nationals For Jake Eder and Sam Brown
The Angels have acquired veteran relievers Luis García and Andrew Chafin from the Nationals in exchange for LHP Jake Eder and Double-A 1B Sam Brown.
García, 38, has a 4.10 ERA with 31 strikeouts over 37.1 innings this season, including a 0.90 ERA in 10 frames with Washington. Chafin, 35, owns a 2.70 ERA this year and a 3.39 career mark across 12 MLB seasons.
Eder has a 4.91 ERA in eight appearances, while Brown has five homers and a .708 OPS in his second year at Double-A.
July 30: Mariners Acquire Caleb Ferguson From Pirates For Jeter Martinez
The Mariners have added lefty reliever Caleb Ferguson from the Pirates in exchange for Single-A right-hander Jeter Martinez.
Ferguson has a 3.74 ERA over 45 appearances this season. Martinez, Seattle’s No. 13 prospect per MLB Pipeline, owns a 4.16 ERA over three minor league seasons.
July 30: Phillies Acquire Jhoan Duran From Twins For Eduardo Tait and Mick Abel
The Phillies have acquired flame-throwing closer Jhoan Duran from the Twins in exchange for top prospects Mick Abel and Eduardo Tait.
Duran, 26, owns a 2.01 ERA with 16 saves and a 100.2 mph average fastball. He mixes in a splitter, sweeper, and curve, and is under team control through 2027.
Abel (MLB Pipeline’s No. 92) flashed upside in his MLB debut and has rebounded well in Triple-A. Tait, ranked No. 56, is a power-hitting 18-year-old catcher now playing at High-A.
July 30: Mets Acquire Ryan Helsley From Cardinals For Jesus Baez, Nate Dohm, and Frank Elissalt
The Cardinals have sent two-time All-Star closer Ryan Helsley to the Mets in exchange for INF Jesus Baez, RHP Nate Dohm, and RHP Frank Elissalt.
Helsley, who set a franchise record with 49 saves in 2024, has 21 saves in 26 chances this season despite battling early injury and command issues.
Baez, ranked No. 8 in the Mets system (now No. 6 for St. Louis), has 30 homers and 29 steals in 241 minor league games. Dohm, a 2024 third-rounder and former No. 14 Mets prospect, now ranks No. 15 for the Cardinals. Elissalt was unranked and remains outside the Top 30.
July 30: Cubs Acquire Michael Soroka From Nationals For Christian Franklin and Ronny Cruz
The Cubs have acquired right-hander Michael Soroka from the Nationals for two prospects in return: Triple-A outfielder Christian Franklin (Cubs’ No. 14 prospect) and 18-year-old shortstop Ronny Cruz (No. 13), per MLB Pipeline.
Soroka, on a one-year, $9 million deal, has made 16 starts this season, going 3-8 with a 4.87 ERA.
July 30: Tigers Acquire Rafael Montero From Braves For Jim Jarvis
The Tigers have picked up right-hander Rafael Montero from the Braves in exchange for Double-A infielder Jim Jarvis.
Montero has a 5.40 ERA and 3.88 FIP across 39 appearances between Houston and Atlanta, with 39 strikeouts and 23 walks in 38.1 innings. His 32.2% chase rate ranks in the 89th percentile via Statcast.
Jarvis, an 11th-round pick in 2023, hit .242 with 14 doubles and 29 RBIs at Double-A Erie while playing all over the infield.
July 30: Red Sox Acquire Steven Matz From Cardinals For Blaze Jordan
The Red Sox have acquired veteran left-hander Steven Matz from the Cardinals in exchange for minor league infielder Blaze Jordan.
Matz, 34, owns a 3.44 ERA over 32 games (2 starts) this season and has held lefties to a .179 average. He ranks in the 98th percentile in walk rate and 87th in barrel rate.
Jordan, 22, is batting .298 with six homers and 25 RBI in 44 games at Triple-A Worcester, splitting time between third, first, and DH.
July 30: Mariners Acquire Eugenio Suárez From D-backs For Tyler Locklear, Hunter Cranton, and Juan Burgos
The Mariners are finalizing a deal to reacquire slugging third baseman Eugenio Suárez from the D-backs, pending medicals.
Suárez, 33, has launched 36 homers and tallied 87 RBIs this season, ranking fifth and tied for first in MLB, respectively. He avoided injury after taking a fastball off his right hand earlier this week.
Heading to Arizona are 1B Tyler Locklear (Seattle’s No. 9 prospect), and right-handed relievers Hunter Cranton (No. 16) and Juan Burgos (No. 17), per MLB Pipeline.
July 30: Reds Acquire Zack Littell; Rays Acquire Hunter Feduccia and Brian Van Belle; Dodgers Acquire Adam Serwinowski, Paul Gervase, and Ben Rortvedt
The Rays traded starter Zack Littell to the Reds for RHP Brian Van Belle and LHP prospect Adam Serwinowski. Tampa Bay then flipped Serwinowski, reliever Paul Gervase, and Triple-A catcher Ben Rortvedt to the Dodgers for catcher Hunter Feduccia.
Littell, 28, has been a steady rotation piece, posting a 3.58 ERA over 22 starts and 133.1 innings this season.
Van Belle, 28, owns a 3.40 ERA with 72 strikeouts and just 15 walks in 87.1 Triple-A innings. Serwinowski, formerly Cincinnati’s No. 10 prospect, joined LA along with Gervase, a rookie reliever with five MLB appearances, and Rortvedt, who had been DFA’d and sent to Triple-A Durham.
Feduccia, 28, has slashed .278/.387/.452 over four Triple-A seasons and adds left-handed depth behind the plate.
July 30: Astros Acquire Ramón Urías From Orioles For Twine Palmer
The Orioles have sent infielder Ramón Urías and cash considerations to the Astros in exchange for 20-year-old right-hander Twine Palmer.
Urías, 31, is batting .248 with eight homers and a .688 OPS over 77 games this season. A 2022 Gold Glove winner at third base, he’s under team control through 2026 and has played all four infield spots.
Palmer, a 2024 19th-round pick, owns a 2.13 ERA with 44 strikeouts in 42.1 innings at Single-A Fayetteville.
July 30: Cubs Acquire Andrew Kittredge From Orioles For Wilfri De La Cruz
The Cubs have acquired veteran reliever Andrew Kittredge from the Orioles for 17-year-old international prospect Wilfri De La Cruz.
Kittredge, 35, posted a 3.56 ERA over 30 appearances after debuting in late May following knee surgery.
De La Cruz, ranked No. 13 in the 2025 international class, signed for $2.3 million and hit .262 with a .859 OPS in 27 DSL games this season.
July 31: Blue Jays Acquire Shane Bieber From Guardians For Khal Stephen
The Blue Jays have picked up 2020 AL Cy Young winner Shane Bieber from the Guardians as he works back from Tommy John surgery.
Bieber, 30, has made four rehab starts and owns a career-best 1.63 ERA from his Cy Young campaign.
Cleveland gets RHP Khal Stephen, Toronto’s No. 5 prospect, who has a 2.07 ERA in 18 games (17 starts) across three minor league levels this year.
July 31: Tigers Acquire Paul Sewald From Guardians
The Tigers have acquired veteran reliever Paul Sewald from the Guardians for a player to be named later or cash.
Sewald, 35, has been limited by shoulder injuries, landing on the IL twice this season. In 15.2 innings, he’s allowed eight earned runs with 18 strikeouts and four walks.
July 31: Padres Acquire Mason Miller and JP Sears From A's For Leo De Vries, Braden Nett, Henry Baez, and Eduarniel Núñez
The Padres have acquired All-Star closer Mason Miller and left-handed starter JP Sears from the A’s in exchange for a top-tier prospect package led by Leo De Vries, MLB Pipeline’s No. 3 overall prospect.
Also heading to Oakland are RHP Braden Nett (Padres’ No. 3), RHP Henry Baez (No. 13), and RHP Eduarniel Núñez (No. 17).
Miller, under team control through 2029, owns a 3.76 ERA with 20 saves and 59 strikeouts in 38.1 innings. Sears has a 4.95 ERA in 22 starts, including a 4.55 mark on the road.
July 31: Tigers Acquire Kyle Finnegan From Nationals For Josh Randall and R.J. Sales
The Tigers have acquired veteran closer Kyle Finnegan from the Nationals in exchange for pitching prospects Josh Randall and R.J. Sales.
Finnegan, 33, has 20 saves with a 4.38 ERA in 40 outings this season. An All-Star in 2024, he owns 108 career saves with a 3.66 ERA.
Randall, Detroit’s No. 15 prospect, was recently promoted to High-A after a strong stint in Single-A. Sales, a 10th-rounder in 2023, has a 2.71 ERA in 16 games (15 starts) for Lakeland.
July 31: Phillies Acquire Harrison Bader From Twins For Geremy Villoria and Hendry Mendez
The Phillies have traded for veteran outfielder Harrison Bader from the Twins in exchange for OF Hendry Mendez (No. 12 prospect) and RHP Geremy Villoria, per sources.
Bader has matched last year’s HR total (12) and is walking at a 26.4% clip—his highest since 2020.
Mendez, 21, is hitting .290 with an .808 OPS at Double-A, while Villoria, 17, recently debuted at the Rookie level.
